Returns
- You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
- If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.
- If the product is damaged or not as described, a full refund will be issued.
Non-refundable items
- Some products, such as sale items or gift cards, cannot be returned or refunded.
- Personalized or opened products are not eligible for refund.

Order cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure above.
